How information is used
Information is used to provide the service, secure tenant access, deliver requested communications, process subscriptions, generate reports, investigate failures, and meet legal obligations.
Activity and acceptance evidence
Meaningful quote-page views are recorded. Acceptance records may include name, email, title, timestamp, user agent, an irreversible IP hash, signature data, and a snapshot hash. QuoteFlow does not describe an email-open pixel as proof that a quotation was read.
Service providers
The intended production stack uses Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Trigger.dev, PayMongo, Sentry, and PostHog. Operators must complete the provider list, retention periods, lawful basis, and cross-border disclosures before launch.
Your choices
Organization owners can manage workspace records, members, exports, and archival. Formal access, correction, deletion, and objection processes must be published before production use.
