QuoteFlow provides tools for creating, sending, tracking, and accepting commercial quotations. Customers remain responsible for their pricing, content, tax treatment, legal terms, and customer relationships.
2. Accounts and organizations
Account holders must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and ensure invited members have appropriate authority. Organization owners control membership and access.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, distribute malicious content, abuse customer communication channels, probe other tenants, or interfere with service availability.
4. Billing
Paid features are governed by the selected plan and current billing cycle. Downgrades do not automatically delete customer data, but new usage may be restricted above plan limits.
5. Electronic acceptance
QuoteFlow records practical acceptance evidence. Customers must determine whether this evidence is appropriate for their agreements and jurisdiction.
6. Availability and liability
The final commercial terms, warranty limitations, liability caps, dispute process, and governing law must be completed with counsel before public launch.
